Everything you need to know about planning your trip from Bali to the spectacular Komodo National Park.
We offer 3-day, 5-day, and 7-day itineraries. Packages typically include flights from Bali to Labuan Bajo, accommodation, meals, and guided tours of Komodo National Park — and every itinerary can be customised to suit your preferences.
An open trip means joining a shared boat with other travellers — more affordable and social, with a set itinerary (up to ~20 guests). A private charter gives your group exclusive use of the boat, your own schedule, and personalised service at a higher cost.
The 3-day package typically includes round-trip flights from Bali, 2 nights of accommodation, meals, guided tours of Komodo National Park, and time for snorkelling and hiking. Optional activities can be added for an extra fee.
Absolutely. You can add days, choose specific activities like diving or hiking, pick your accommodation type, and adjust the route. Our team will help craft a trip tailored to your interests and budget.
It's easy — we can arrange flights as part of your trip package, or you can book directly. Garuda Indonesia, Lion Air, and Wings Air all fly the route daily (about 1.5 hours). We recommend booking in advance to secure the best fares.
Prices vary by duration, accommodation, and activities. A 3-day open trip starts from around $245–$500 per person, while 7-day packages typically range from $1,200 to $1,800. Round-trip flights from Bali usually run $100–$200.
Yes. Most packages include daily breakfast, with lunch and dinner provided during boat excursions and stays. Exact inclusions vary by package, so we'll confirm the details when you book.
Generally, cancellations more than 30 days before departure receive a full refund; 15–29 days before may incur a 50% fee; and less than 15 days before departure are non-refundable. Full terms are confirmed at booking.
All trips depart from Labuan Bajo, a short flight from Bali. On arrival, our team assists with transport from Komodo Airport (LBJ) to the harbour where your boat departs.
The dry season, from April to December, is the best time to visit — sunny skies, calm seas, and excellent visibility for snorkelling and diving. July and August are peak months, so book early.
Hike to see Komodo dragons on Rinca or Komodo Island, climb Padar Island for its famous panorama, snorkel or dive vibrant reefs and Manta Point, relax on Pink Beach, and visit uninhabited islands like Kanawa and Kelor.
The star is the Komodo dragon — the world's largest lizard, up to 10 feet long. The park is also home to manta rays, reef sharks, turtles, and over 1,000 fish and 260 coral species across its waters.
Lightweight clothing, swimwear, reef-safe sunscreen, a hat, and comfortable footwear for hiking. Bring snorkelling gear if you have it, a reusable water bottle, a camera, a light jacket for evenings on the boat, and any personal medication.
Check with your healthcare provider about vaccinations before travelling to Indonesia — common recommendations include Hepatitis A, Typhoid, and malaria prevention if you plan to hike in remote areas.
Safety is our priority. Boats carry life jackets, first-aid kits, and safety equipment, and our experienced crews are trained in safety protocols and emergency procedures. We run regular equipment checks and comply with local regulations.
Yes — we strongly recommend travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost belongings. Make sure your policy covers the activities you plan to join, such as diving.
